It is held in a group format with the involvement of leading training centers and universities in accordance with the long-term strategic goals of both individual departments and the company as a whole.

Corporate training share — 70%. The company has developed a unique training program for workshop personnel, which covers all workshop supervisors and foremen of the Upstream segment. The program includes training modules on professional and related competencies with leading experts in the oil and gas industry, as well as modules on building leadership skills.

Implemented in accordance with the requirements of government agencies and Russian legislation.

Mandatory training share — 20%.

It is selected for a specific employee according to an individual training program in accordance with production needs.

Individual training share — 10%.

Aimed at improving key professional and technical competencies.

Training is carried out according to special programs of a technological orientation in the area of geology and development, production, evaluation of new projects and capital investments, audit of reserves and resources, etc.

Aimed at developing corporate and managerial competencies, improving business and personal qualities, training is conducted according to management programs and soft skills programs (flexible, related skills).

Programs for the development of a personnel reserve, courses in the area of optimization and standardization of business processes, consolidated reporting and IFRS, etc.

Aimed at improving competencies in the area of industrial safety and labor protection, training is carried out according to programs to improve the culture of safety and environmental protection.

Training courses on sustainability and decarbonization, health and safety, first aid, environment and health, 5S system, etc.
