Project career track
Project career track provides an opportunity to develop within the framework of project activities, participate in the program to attract future leaders to promising projects in Russia and abroad.
To do this, the company is implementing an open corporate international contest NESTRO LEAD.
Any employee under the age of 45 who does not hold a managerial position can become a participant in the competition. Within the framework of the competition, a number of qualifying rounds are held: testing, assessment of the potential and knowledge of the English language, the implementation of individual projects and a business game.
