Early elections to the State Duma were held at the fields of Zarubezhneft

On September 3, at four fields of Rusvietpetro (Zarubezhneft Group of Companies), early voting was held for the employees and representatives of the contractors of the enterprise in the framework of the elections to the State Duma. This is primarily due to the remoteness of the fields and the rotational work of specialists, therefore, for the convenience of its employees and partners, Zarubezhneft organized local polling stations. The voting process took place under the supervision of representatives of the District Public Chamber, as well as in compliance with all necessary measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection.

“Creation of uniform working conditions for employees of the entire Group of Companies - regardless of the geographical location and specifics of work - is a key component of Zarubezhneft's corporate culture. This is, first of all, providing employees with all the necessary resources, creating a safe and comfortable working environment. In particular, it is important for us that our employees have the opportunity to express their civic position and take part in the elections to the State Duma using a method that is comfortable for them. Not everyone can be present at the polling stations in person at the appointed time. Therefore, the company organizes early voting at our fields, ”comments Sergey Kudryashov, General Director of Zarubezhneft JSC.

Within the framework of the concept of uniform working conditions at Zarubezhneft's fields, places for spending free time have been organized: comfortable food outlets, lounges, sports facilities, health and medical procedures facilities are available.
